Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Musicsion, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to keep you informed about our return and refund procedures and apply to customers within the United States.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Need a Return Label?
No worries — our packages do not include return labels. Simply contact us at support@musicsion.com, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

C. Return Process
To start a return, email us at support@musicsion.com with the following details:

• Order number and full name

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot)

• Reason for return

• If the item is defective or damaged, include a photo or video as proof.

Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 24 hours), you’ll get an email confirming completion. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 14 days. Please note that your bank or credit card may take 3–5 additional business days to post the credit.

D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
We support exchanges only for products that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or the wrong size. Contact us at support@musicsion.com to request an exchange.

E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged items, wrong products, incorrect sizes, or defective items. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs on defective products.

F. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

G. Cancellations
To cancel an order, please do so within 4 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible depending on the order’s processing status.

Before placing an order, ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any resulting costs. We appreciate your understanding.
